My weight has gone up from 52 kilos to 56 kilos, but I am not going to get stressed about it. I will eat healthy, exercise regularly, accept my chubby cheeks and be happy coz happiness is not size specific. Do not let your mind bully your body. As a nutritionist, I always tell my patients that a weighing scale can never measure your worth.”
